• Assessment of musculoskeletal injuries within 6 weeks of onset. Non-operative management of tendinopathies, ligamentous injury, and osteoarthritis. Sports medicine consultation for both recreational and competitive athletes, wishing to enhance performance and minimize injury

• Diagnosis, work-up, treatment, and management of central and peripheral nervous system disorders, such as headaches, epilepsy, stroke, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and other related disorders

Rheumatology clinic

• Diagnosis, work-up, treatment, and management of inflammatory system disorders, such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Raynaud’s, and other related disorders

EMG and nerve conduction studies

• Full medical consultation followed by electrodiagnostic studies for the evaluation of neuromuscular symptoms
• Functional testing, complimentary to diagnostic imaging, with greater specificity

Ultrasound-guided joint injections

• Full medical consultation followed by US-guided musculoskeletal interventional procedures
• Ultrasound is a dynamic and functional investigation, complimentary to radiological imaging
• An US-guided injection can be used for both diagnostic and therapeutic indications

Botox injections for Migraines

• Eligibility criteria:
  • A history of migraine headaches
  • Headaches on most days (15 or more) of the month that last 4 hours a day or longer

Botox injections for Spasticity

• Spasticity due to stroke, cerebral palsy, brain injury, spinal cord injury​ and multiple sclerosis
• Goals of care include pain management and optimizing function
