All new appointments require a referral from a medical doctor.
Please note, we are not a chronic pain clinic.
We will work with your family doctor and other healthcare providers.
If referred for a cortisone injection, this always requires assessment first to gauge suitability.
If over age 65, or if private insurance available, ask your referring doctor for a prescription to avoid cost at the time of appointment. We cannot give prescriptions ahead of initial appointments nor do we have a pharmacy on site.
For prescription renewals, please ensure adequate time for requests, or ask you family physician.
